Another day at the beach....in my mind:-)
Well, here we are traveling with photopeach through the memories of my mind of wonderful, carefree summer days. You are wondering what does this have to do with community service and clean beaches....well, when I was growing up we always carried our trash home. My parents taught us to be good stewards of our environment. My goal is to expose you to the necessity of "leaving no trace." Won't you join me?

Hi Phyllis - As much as I'd love to be at the beach, this rainy evening is perfect for settling back with a good book - and tonight's reading will be our class textbook on Blogs, Wikis, Podcasts and Other Powerful Tools for Classrooms. I'm looking forward to reading it and getting a better handle on these great tools that I'm looking forward to using with our MS students. Once we've completed this class let's talk about some other possibilities for linking our kids up with Community Service projects.
